Account locked or suspended

DuckyLuck's terms permit suspension in several circumstances: pending identity verification (clause 3.5), suspicion of duplicate accounts (4.1 limits one account per household), and at the casino's discretion for any reason (3.6). Support is the only route to a reason. Keep a written record of what you are told.

Blocked from a restricted country

DuckyLuck excludes residents of roughly 100 countries including Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Accounts opened from an excluded jurisdiction risk having balances voided under clause 5.14. The US and UK are not excluded.

Security

DuckyLuck's site serves over TLS, which encrypts the connection. Beyond that, the practical protections are yours to apply:

Verification (KYC)

Identity documents are required before withdrawal, and DuckyLuck may request them at any point (5.1, 7.20). Repeated document requests are among the most common complaints on record, so it is worth completing verification early rather than at the moment you want to cash out.

Account housekeeping

Do not leave an account idle with a balance in it. Under clause 5.12, accounts are flagged inactive after 6 months without login and dormant after 12 months, at which point they are charged a monthly admin fee of €100 or 5% of the balance, whichever is larger, until the balance reaches zero. Logging in periodically avoids this entirely.
