DuckyLuck Restricted Countries

DuckyLuck's terms exclude residents of roughly 130 countries and territories. The list below is reproduced from clause 3.3 of their terms and conditions, verified 24 August 2026.

What happens if you play from a restricted country

Two clauses govern this, and both place the risk on the player:

• Clause 5.14 permits DuckyLuck to confiscate a pending balance where a player "resides in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal."
• Clause 3.4 states that the nature of the internet does not allow DuckyLuck to warn players entering from restricted areas, "resulting in a loss," and places responsibility on the player to check.

In practice an account may open and accept deposits, with the restriction surfacing only at withdrawal, when identity verification reveals the location. Money can go in and not come out.

Using a VPN to disguise location does not solve this — it compounds it, since clause 3.5 permits suspension and confiscation where account information is found to be false.

Promotions have their own restrictions

Being able to play is not the same as being able to claim a bonus. Clause 7.1 states that not all bonuses are available to players from specific countries "due to fraud risk." An eligible country may still be excluded from a particular promotion.

Notable inclusions and omissions

Excluded despite being large gambling markets: Canada, Brazil, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and South Korea.

Excluded UK-adjacent jurisdictions: Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey — all significant gambling-regulatory centres.

Not excluded: the United States and the United Kingdom. Note that DuckyLuck holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so it is not lawfully able to market to UK consumers, and UK players have no GAMSTOP coverage or Gambling Commission recourse here.

Before you register

1. Check the list above against your country of residence — not your current location
2. Confirm online gambling is lawful in your state or region; US law varies substantially by state
3. Check the specific promotion's terms, since bonus eligibility is narrower than play eligibility
4. Complete identity verification early rather than at withdrawal, so a location problem surfaces before you have deposited heavily
